Microsoft Teams is replacing Skype for Business

Over the past few months, Office 365 customers have been receiving communications from Microsoft confirming their "switching" date from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams.

Users have had the ability to download and install the Teams Desktop App early, to help adopt this exciting new video, chat and collaboration tool.

Once installed, Teams can be set to the default for video, chat and includes an Outlook Add-in that applies a simple and clean looking invitation to Meeting requests.

The invitation can be customised to include your company logo and also, with the Audio Conferencing add-on, invitees can choose to dial-in from a mobile or landline.

To learn more about Microsoft Teams, or wish to know when your switch is planned, please get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help!
