Hi,

To be able to create a ticket in Service Desk you first need to register.  If you are a current Service Desk client your email domain, e.g. @mydomain.com will already be added therefore you just need to complete the registration process from the right-hand menu.

If you are a new prospective client please call the Service Desk on 01392 875757 and speak to a member of our team, who can get you setup.
